In this context, we aim to inform and enlighten you transparently about how your personal data is collected, processed, the legal reasons for processing, and your rights under the Law on the Protection of Personal Data numbered 6698 ("Law") and related legislation, particularly regarding the privacy of private life. The COMPANY reserves the right to update this Information Notice on Personal Data Protection within the framework of changes that may occur in the current legislation at any time.

Processing of Your Personal Data:

According to the Law, any operation performed on data, wholly or partially automated or non-automated, such as obtaining, recording, storing, preserving, altering, reorganizing, disclosing, transferring, taking over, making obtainable, classifying, or using data falls under the term "processing of personal data."

Purpose of Processing

Your collected personal data will be processed by the COMPANY for the following purposes:

Providing our products and services,
Establishing communication regarding the products and services you have received/will receive,
Offering product/service proposals and using them in other marketing activities,
New product studies,
Conducting necessary work by our relevant departments for the realization of commercial activities carried out by the COMPANY and the execution of related business processes,
Planning and executing the COMPANY's commercial and/or business strategies,

The processing of personal data will be carried out within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Personal Data Protection Law.

Parties to Whom the Data is Transferred and Purpose of Transfer

Your personal data collected by the COMPANY may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers, shareholders, group companies, software companies, and technology companies that provide support within the country, healthcare professionals, legally authorized public institutions and private persons, within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Personal Data Protection Law.

Collection Method and Legal Basis

Your personal data can be collected by real or legal persons who have the authority to process data for the purposes specified in this Information Notice on the Processing of Personal Data through methods such as statements, application forms, documents requested to create a personnel file, various contracts, all kinds of information forms, surveys, job application forms, social media applications, forms filled out on the website, security camera images, and through automatic or non-automatic methods from all kinds of written, verbal, and electronic environments. Your personal data can be processed and transferred within the purposes specified in this Information Notice on the Processing of Personal Data and the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Personal Data Protection Law.

Retention Period of Personal Data

The COMPANY will keep personal data for the period required by the purposes specified in this Information Notice on the Processing of Personal Data and the relevant legislation. In addition, in the event of any dispute arising between the data subject and the COMPANY, personal data may be stored for a limited period and within the statute of limitations periods specified by the relevant legislation for the purpose of being able to carry out the necessary defenses.

Measures and Commitments for Data Security

The COMPANY commits to take necessary technical and administrative measures and to conduct necessary audits to ensure an adequate level of security to:

Prevent personal data from being processed unlawfully,
Prevent unlawful access to personal data, and
Preserve personal data.

The COMPANY will not disclose the personal data it obtains to others contrary to the legal regulations and will not use it for purposes other than processing.

Your Rights under the Law

Regarding the processing of your personal data, as the data controller, you have the right to apply to newway.com.tr under Article 11 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 to:

Learn whether your personal data is processed,
Request information if your personal data has been processed,
Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in line with this purpose,
Know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
Request correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrect,
Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions and purposes specified in Articles 7 and 9 of the Law,
Request notification of the processes carried out pursuant to subparagraphs (d) and (e) above to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law,
Object to the emergence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data solely through automated systems in matters affecting you adversely according to Article 28 of the Law,
If you incur damages due to the unlawful processing of personal data, request the compensation of damages.

You can submit your requests for the rights listed above by filling out the application form on our website in accordance with the instructions, delivering a signed copy of the form to the address in person with identity documents, sending it by notary or other methods specified in the Law, or sending the form to info@newway.com.tr with a secure electronic signature. Your requests will be concluded as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, free of charge; however, if a cost arises, the COMPANY reserves the right to charge you according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
